Step 1. Wash and dry feet thoroughly. Step 2.Tear open the section containing stimulating essence and carefully pour into each sock evenly. Step 3. Place feet into socks and tie around ankles. 4. Leave on for 1-1.5 hours. 5. Remove socks and rinse off any residue. The feet will start to peel within 4-6 days. Allow skin to peel naturally, do not peel off.
